The subconscious mind records every experience in our life and stores that information. This is how we learn and build our emotional and mental muscle and develop life skills for our survival in the world.

The trance induced by hypnotherapy induces Theta State, a gateway to enlighten and enrich the brain waves produced when measured at 4-7Hz, is the frequency of a barely conscious state just before sleep and just after awakening. This frequency is the border between the conscious and subconscious parts of your mind, whilst in a theta state, the mind is capable of deep and profound learning, healing and growth.
Through gentle, direct and indirect suggestion, whilst in this Theta state, redirects the thought process to what it is you want, enables individuality and helps to achieve the desired outcome in your life.

What is NLP?
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) was developed in the 1970’s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, it is a psychological approach, they believed it possible to identify and learn strategies used by successful people and teach them to others. They modelled/studied some great therapists- Milton H Erikson (American Psychiatrist), Fritz Pearls (German Psychiatrist) and Virginia Satir (psychotherapist and author) discovered the techniques they were using that were most successful in creating change, they collated the information and NLP was born, changing the lives of thousands of people over the years.
We learn through our sensory experiences: – seeing, hearing, feeling, taste, smell, the information is collected and stored in the subconscious mind and is our frame of reference to survive, this early learning is the map our mind creates, but as we grow and develop some of these patterns and early learnings hold us back, we outgrow them and need to become more independent. NLP helps to uncover and develop beliefs and values, hopes and dreams, helps unravel your mind and get clear what you want, provides you with a better way of communicating, understanding and being understood. What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique was developed by Gary Craig a Stanford trained engineer, turned personal trainer, he had previously trained with Dr Roger Callahan in Thought Field Therapy. Acupuncture without the needle, we tap on the acupressure points in the body to alleviate discomfort, both physically and mentally after all emotional health is just as important as physical health. Emotional blocks can lead to limiting beliefs and behaviours, which may result in phobias, anxiety, depression, addictions, pain etc. EFT acknowledges this and combines energy medicine with psychological interventions, by stimulating the meridian points, tapping on certain points on the body whilst voicing affirmations to help to neutralise the emotional block, for greater wellbeing, gentle but very effective.
What is Past Life Regression?
