Tal graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Haifa, Israel in

Her treatment brings together her understanding of posture, the body’s inter-connective
tissue, lifestyle and emotional well being to go beyond the injury and promote active
health. Her enthusiasm for Pilates forms a key part of her approach and keeps her clients
dynamic, fit and strong in a fun interactive environment.
Tal has completed her rotations in a general hospital on Orthopaedic and respiratory
wards, worked in Orthopaedic and Neurological rehabilitation centres and private
physiotherapy clinics. Tal has attended many post-graduate courses giving her excellent
skills in manual therapy, myofascial release, treating varied pregnancy related issues,
vestibular rehabilitation, treating jaw dysfunction and progressing delayed child
development. In her treatment Tal focuses on a combination of thorough assessment,
manual treatment techniques and a tailor made exercise regime to return her clients to a
full and improved healthy lifestyle.
Tal developed her interest in Pilates while practising since her teenage years. Her belief in
the importance of Pilates in partnership with physiotherapy led to her becoming an
instructor in 2016 and passionately teaching ever since. She leads varied, structured
physio led classes, from beginners to expert level, personally adjusted for the individual,
including special group-oriented sessions (pre & post natal, cyclists, hyper-mobility)
